Yin Yoga for slowing down, softening and coming back to yourself.
For a long time, I thought life was about doing more, achieving more and always moving forward. But over the last years, I learned that growth can also look like slowing down.
Through Yin Yoga, I create space for you to pause, breathe, feel and reconnect with yourself.
I teach weekly group classes, facilitate private 1:1 sessions and I can be booked for retreats and events in Ericeira and beyond.
How I can support you
My weekly Yin Yoga classes are slow, grounding and accessible. My practises are held in small groups. In Yin, we hold postures for a longer time, giving your body space to open, release tension and soften in its own rhythm. Join the Whatsapp Group for announcements on the next practise. This practise will be held at Sandhi House.
In a 60 minutes private session I create a calm space fully around you, your body and what you need in that moment. Whether you feel stressed, overwhelmed, in transition or simply want deeper personal guidance, we use Yin postures, breath and stillness to help you soften, release and reconnect.
